Brain spotting is a somatic approach to therapy that can address trauma, anxiety and limiting beliefs to name a few. It can help you get from stuck to feeling more peace and emotionally regulated. It is a therapy that can go deeper than traditional talk therapy due to its somatic nature.

What is brain spotting? 

Brain spotting utilizes various points in your visual field  to process different emotions and past experiences. During brain spotting sessions a practitioner will help you find activating and calming  spots to help you process your issue on a deeper level. The individual will go into a mindful processing period where they process emotions, thoughts or experiences.  During this experience it is common for the therapist to utilize bi lateral stimulation music to enhance the healing experience. During the process the therapist is there to support and guide what you are experiencing.
