I believe our emotions can be one of our biggests teachers. As women, we are often taught that we are too much and too sensitive. I believe sensitivity is a strength and often times are emotions are trying to tell us something. Have you been told you are too sensitive or do you struggle with emotion overwhelm? Due to struggling with ADHD it can be difficult  staying caught up on work tasks or building healthy friendships. A lot of times being a woman with ADHD can be a recipe for exhaustion, burnout and anxiety. But! It doesn't have to be this hard. With the right support you can build a life that feels more manageable and just easier. 


I have experience working with many adult women who are in the process of getting their ADHD diagnosis. Although this can bring a lot of clarity, it can also bring a period of transition and confusion. I offer a holistic and intuitive approach to support you in achieving your goals.

I take Regence BCBS and Aetna, however am largely an out of network provider. Upon request I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company if you have out of network benefits. On average insurance reimburses around 60-80% of the therapy cost. I am happy to discuss how you can submit an out of network claim if you are needing support with this.

I approach therapy through a holistic lens. Meaning we will explore how your relationships, spiritual practices and rituals, work life, and core beliefs impact your overarching mental wellbeing. I use evidence based western practices as well as eastern modalities to facilitate change. I incorporate mindfulness and inner child healing practices to help you create calm in your life.
